Job Description

We are hiring skilled and motivated Network Engineers (L1, L2, and L3 levels) to manage and support IT infrastructure and client networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ISP operations, basic social media monitoring (SMM), and a strong focus on client support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage network performance, routing, and switching 2. Provide Level 1, 2, or 3 technical support based on experience 3. Troubleshoot network outages, hardware, and connectivity issues 4. Assist in ISP-related configurations, customer connections, and service uptime 5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client-side issues and provide timely support 6. Basic knowledge of SMM tools for network or alert monitoring is a plus ####

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 2. Experience in ISP, IT infrastructure, or network services preferred 3. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, etc.) 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle client support tasks 5. Good communication skills; ability to handle clients efficiently

Preferred Skills:

1. Certifications like CCNA/CCNP (for L2/L3 roles) 2. Experience in ISP, IT infrastructure, or network services preferred
