About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Technical Authority Expert to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain!
What you will do
- SME Technical Lead Radio Performance (2G/4G)
- KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting and analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment\xe2\x80\x99s (Multi Layers)
- Parameter tuning for ZTE-2G/Nokia 4G, extensive experience on ZTE-GSM/Nokia-LTE and features, parameters, counters and KPI formulas and experience of Key Event KPI Assurance.
- Analyzing & fix different network related issues and proactive communication with customer to understand the queries.
- Identify the issues of network and provide solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution and excellent knowledge of ISF Functionality.
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, telecommunication or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
- Good hands on of ZTE 2G Radio Optimization, 4G Nokia Radio Optimization.
- Detailed knowledge of Services and customer segmentation!
