This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing global IT team, almost from scratch. Major duties:

• Provide support for the worldwide network infrastructure including cloud, data center, and office environments.
• This will include but not limited to installation, configuration, troubleshooting to keep the network up and running
• As needed, liaise with Telecom providers, Equipment suppliers and 3rd party network vendors
• Maintain and implement Network policies, procedures and documentation, etc.
• Occasionally attend extended implementation and maintenance windows and provide on-call coverage for off-hours

• Graduate (or equivalent degree) with 4+ years of experience in network domain and networking technologies.
• Hand-on experience with a phone system handling more than 100 users
• Analyzing and resolving network system and link-related faults
• Exposure to firewall Implementation and management (Usually security team so is this mandatory)
• Understanding of Monitoring tools such as Orion, MRTG, Nagios or other
• Understanding of Backup and Restore mechanisms of Network Devices
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and is able to explain complex topics to a technical audience.
• Team player, self-starter, and adapts to change.
• Effectively work under pressure and manages time to deliver the assignments on time
• Effectively manages customer expectations.
• Demonstrates the ability and possesses a high aptitude for learning new process and systems.
• Be available to work in the evening hours (till midnight) for two days a week.
• Limited travel may be required.

• Hands-on experience in TCP/IP Networking, Routing, Switching, basic QoS, BGP, EIGRP, IPv4, IPv6, Security, Mobility, DHCP, AAA, DNS, VPN, and LAN topology control Preferred Knowledge on Multi Vendor Network Devices, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure).
• Experience giving technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence Certifications like CCNA.
