Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analysing, planning, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions, troubleshooting and optimising telecom networks based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. This role is highly technical and as an individual contributor.

You will:

Handle LTE/5G

• Good understanding of LTE & 5G with hands on experience on RAN products, Radio parameters, key performance Indicators, Features, troubleshooting skills & optimising based on network and user performance requirements.
• Minimum 9 - 14 years of experience with at least 4 years of LTE experience: both FDD and TDD and at least 6 months of 5G experience.
• Well versed on Ericsson system/parameters/KPIs, features, process and tools
• Have good understanding of LTE/5G/VoLTE/VoNR architecture & Call flow.
• Should have performed analysis & troubleshooting of drive test and on- field parameter tuning for LTE/5G
• Layer management and understanding the different events and trigger mechanism
• Hands on experience on Radio performance reporting tools e.g OSS, ENM, MYCOM or similar tools in other vendors/operators

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: Bachelors in Electronics & Communications or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience: 9
• Exp with LTE & 5G
• Understanding of the concepts of NR/LTE interworking including NR NSA and SA
• Responsible for monitoring, Steering and optimizing the NR/LTE layers
• Expand sites and migrate users
• Improve processes and ways of working
• Participate in customer discussions
• Take ownership to follow up on issues and customer concerns
• Interface and collaborate with other teams within Ericsson as required
• Solve RF faults, perform interference analysis and provide recommendations
• Ensure the timely and efficient execution of tasks

Additional Requirements:

• Added skill if available for Python language
• Worked on automations to improve WoW
