Key Responsibilities

System Design & Installation:

Planning and implementing CCTV systems, including camera placement, network cabling, and device configuration for optimal coverage.

Network Management:

Monitoring and managing local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN) to ensure maximum uptime and performance for the CCTV system.

Hardware & Software Configuration:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices like routers, switches, and recording equipment, along with CCTV software.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, camera malfunctions, and other technical problems to ensure continuous system operation.

Upgrades & Enhancements:

Keeping existing network infrastructure up to date by applying software patches, firmware updates, and hardware upgrades.

Security & Compliance:

Implementing network security measures to protect the system from threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards and data security protocols.

Client Support:

Providing technical assistance, training, and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their CCTV systems.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and repair logs.

Collaboration:

Working with clients, sales teams, and other technical staff to assess security needs and develop tailored solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
