Role: Network Engineer Location: Puducherry/Pondicherry (Tamil Nadu) Experience: 4+ Years : \xc3\x98 Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Network Routing, Switching and Firewalls. O Excellent communication skills O Experience in delivery / operations. O The Network Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration WAN, LAN architecture in the plant level operations. O Detailed knowledge of different Firewall technologies ex: Cisco, HP, Fortinet. O Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems. O Configuration Troubleshooting on Policies, VPN, NAT, extended access list and dynamic VPN etc, IOs / OS Up gradation, Backup and restoration of configuration. \xc3\x98 Exposure in configuring all types of VPN tunnels in multi-vendor devices. O Analysing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site. \xc3\x98 Knowledge on multiple vendor products of Routing and Switching such as Cisco, HP etc, Should have knowledge on One OEM completely. \xc3\x98 Configuration and Troubleshooting L2/L3 VIlan, VRRP, HSRP, LACP, VTP, IP/Protocol based filter Understanding of multiple STP Concepts in L2 environment. \xc3\x98 Knowledge on IP addressing & routing protocol such as Static, RIP, OSPF, BGP, Configuration of Policy based routing. O Troubleshoot connectivity issues, analyze, debug and diagnose packets and logs. \xc3\x98 Individual must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility. \xc3\x98 Candidate should be working in a 24x7 Network operation environment performing remote break-fix. fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility. \xc3\x98 Candidate should be working in a 24x7 Network operation environment performing remote break-fix troubleshooting and resolution on cell site equipment. \xc3\x98 Individual should also provide technical support via phone and IM to onsite technicians who are working to resolve incident | outages. \xc3\x98 Manage tickets in ticketing system to ensure notes are kept up to date and problems are pushed to resolution. O Escalate critical tickets to L3 / Team lead in timely manner. \xc3\x98 Execute Network changes & documentation. \xc3\x98 Performs various network management and administration tasks remotely. O Individual should work on projects assigned by L3 / Management, document the project execution details. \xc3\x98 Manages and maintains the Network Devices health and uptime O Monitors and ensures the stability of the network infrastructure 4G O Coordinate with vendors in resolving the issue. \xc3\x98 Escalate and engage needed resources to resolve issues. Assist in reporting of team metrics and score cards. O Strong, clear and concise communications and speaking skills- Problem Resolution Skills O Strong service orientation \xc3\x98 Prepare status reports and recap emails as necessary O Create Procedures Documents as necessary \xc3\x98 Document standards and procedures. \xc3\x98 Should capable to Maintain 6 Man powers, He should responsible for FSM IT shift engineers attendance, rosters, backup manpower to run the plant operations without any delay. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 700,000.00 per year Schedule:
