Our mission is to improve people-centric practices and performance in SMEs (Small and Medium enterprises) through our software solutions. Network Engineer duties and responsibilities of the job:

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.

• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.

• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.

• Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.

• Strong skills in handling Cisco devices like ASA Firewalls, SMB & Catalyst Switches.

• Strong skills in handling, troubleshooting, and configuring WiFi controllers and Access points.

• Strong skills in handling, troubleshooting, and configuring VPN Servers and clients.

• Good skills in creating and configuring AWS and GCP tunnels and handling VPC subnets.

• Good knowledge of open source technologies ( Like Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, Apache, Nginx, etc. )

• Linux servers installation, configuration, troubleshooting, provisioning, and maintenance.

• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of network monitoring tools ( Open Source and Proprietary. ).

• Arranging scheduled upgrades.

• Investigating faults in the network.

• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.

• Reporting network status to key stakeholders.
