Description: Location: Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years Shift:24x7 rotation, Week off will also be on rotation Typical day in the Role: The Resource should have a Good Academic Record followed by Good Communication & Analytical OR Problem Solving Skills,Providing administration & monitoring for all aspects of our customers global network infrastructure to include network equipment, servers, and software applications (tools & appliances). Support NOC/ deployment personnel doing customer activation and break fix activity for managed Wi-Fi, SDWAN, Routers, and Firewalls Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition: Gain knowledge on Wi-Fi installation and configuration support SDWAN and managed router support Candidate Requirements: Good understanding of Networking and Wi-Fi installation and configuration support Good Communication Skills Experience in supporting global Customers Success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment 3+ years of LAN experience 3+ years of WAN experience Familiarity with SDWAN Technology Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies Possess excellent customer service and communication skills BE/Btech any field Graduate in any field or equivalent experience CCNA/CCNP Certified
