Job Description

Perform comprehensive testing, including OTDR, LSPM, latency, and throughput. Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance issues. Ensure compliance with SLA, QoS, and project performance benchmarks. Work closely with implementation teams, NOCs, clients, and Independent Engineers for seamless deployment. Support validation of network integration with monitoring and operations systems. Prepare technical validation reports, compliance checklists, and audit records. Support project teams in compiling handover documents and audit deliverables. 1. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in: Installation, configuration, and validation of IP/MPLS equipment. Testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation of telecom networks. Experience with large-scale telecom/ISP or government-led projects (preferred). Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, routing protocols, and network architecture. Hands-on experience with router/switch configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with NOC operations, monitoring tools, and validation practices. Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. BE/BTech/MCA in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent qualification recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD.
