We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support enterprise network deployments, validation, automation, and optimization initiatives. The role involves hands-on network operations, troubleshooting, automation using Python and Ansible, and maintaining accurate network inventory using NetBox. This position plays a critical role in both active operations (Stage 1) and future platform enhancements (Stage 2).
Key Responsibilities
Execute and support network deployments and service configurations.
Validate network services and troubleshoot operational issues.
Execute, modify, and maintain Python and Ansible scripts for network automation.
Maintain and update network inventory using NetBox, including IP Address Management (IPAM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document network processes, tools, and configurations.
Support backlog clearance and improvements in live network operations.
Identify opportunities for optimization and automation for future platform phases.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on operational insights.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in network engineering, including deployments, configurations, and validations.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and Ansible for automation.
Experience using NetBox for network inventory and IPAM management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to create clear technical documentation and recommend process improvements.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on large-scale enterprise networking projects.
Exposure to infrastructure automation and platform engineering.
Experience with enterprise network transformation initiatives.
Project Phases
Stage 1:
Active participation in current network operations, backlog clearance, and documentation of tools and processes.
Stage 2:
Support the design and build of next-generation platform connections and automation based on learnings from Stage 1.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
