Job Description

Develop Python-based automation scripts for network configuration push and rollback across Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia routers.

Integrate scripts with Rundeck (or similar automation/ workflow orchestration tool) for job scheduling, parameterization, and logging.

Design Jinja2-based configuration templates and YAML/JSON variable structures.

Create automated workflows for software upgrades, validation checks, and rollback.

Integrate verification modules using NAPALM, pyATS/Genie, ncclient (NETCONF), and/or TextFSM.

Collaborate with network SMEs to translate manual workflows into code-based logic.

Maintain Git repository for scripts and templates with proper version control and branching.
