Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, hardware, and software.
Handle user access management, backups, and security protocols.
Troubleshoot network and system issues in a timely manner.
Implement security measures, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
Provide technical support to internal teams and Australian clients.
Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Network/System Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID is an advantage.
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Ability to manage backups and disaster recovery solutions.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are preferred.
