Job Functions

• Work from client location in Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• 24x7 shift operations
• Implement change requests related to Load Balancer (LB) and Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies
• Configure and troubleshoot Load Balancer and WAF devices
• Troubleshoot severity issues and participate in root cause analysis (RCA)
• Attend client meetings for change discussions
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including operation and change management
• Implement and troubleshoot network and security protocols
• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain F5 Load Balancer infrastructure
• Inspect data packets and analyze TCP/IP network and application flow
• Configure and maintain F5 Load Balancers following best practices
• Upgrade network operating system software and hardware as required
• Support large-scale infrastructure migrations and baseline reviews
• Collaborate with application teams to optimize load balancing configurations
• Perform administration tasks on F5 load balancers (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and user administration)
• Design, implement, test, and deploy F5 load balancing solutions, upgrades, and migrations
• Maintain documentation, run books, and knowledge base articles
• Stay current with F5 product releases, features, and industry trends

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience; 10-12 years overall experience in network and security products for L3 roles
• Hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler and F5 devices
• Experience with F5 products (LTM, GTM, ASM/WAF), SSL offloading, and OWASP WAF
• Knowledge of static and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and failover concepts
• Understanding of LTM/GTM, GSLB, HA, Cloud XC concepts
• Preferred experience with ASM
• Experience in application-centric infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center environments (preferred)
• F5 Big-IP modules expertise (LTM, GTM, ASM/WAF, iRules)
• Sound understanding of F5 architecture, product lifecycle, and installation processes
• Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, automation, and upgrades of F5 components
• Knowledge of F5 migration or migration to F5 (preferred)
• Certification from OEM (F5, Citrix) - Professional level required
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
• Experience in ticket handling using ServiceNow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for audit and compliance tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Strong technology background and quick learner of new technologies and concepts
