Job Overview

MapleCloud Technologies is seeking an experienced

Network and Security Engineer (L2)

to design, deploy, and manage secure and high-performance enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

firewalls, SD-WAN, NAC, and network security solutions

, along with excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Implementation

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability network architectures Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless system integration Handle end-to-end network implementation and upgrades

Security Infrastructure Deployment

Deploy and manage Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SD-WAN, NAC, and Endpoint Security solutions Implement and enforce network and security policies as per best practices

Network Optimization & Troubleshooting

Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime Proactively troubleshoot network and security incidents and provide permanent fixes

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, SOPs, and processes Support audits, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders Guide and mentor junior engineers Stay updated with emerging network and security technologies
Required Qualifications

B.Tech is mandatory

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, networking protocols, and security fundamentals Hands-on experience with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SD-WAN, NAC, and Endpoint Security Understanding of project execution and service delivery
Preferred Qualifications

CCNP or equivalent certification Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies
