We are seeking a

highly experienced Network & Security Architect

to design, implement, and manage

enterprise-wide network and security infrastructure

across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. This senior role requires deep expertise in

routing, switching, security, firewall technologies, and unified communications.

Key Responsibilities

Network Architecture & Design:

LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, SDN, NFV, Cisco SD-WAN, Aruba networking.

Security Architecture:

NGFW, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, ZTNA, segmentation, incident response.

Cloud Network Integration:

AWS, Azure, GCP -- VPC, VNets, inter-cloud connectivity, CASB, workload protection.

Unified Communications & VoIP:

Cisco CUCM, UCCX, Microsoft Teams, Webex, SIP trunking, SBCs.

Leadership:

Lead large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, vendor management, drive automation initiatives.
Required Technical Skills

Routing & Switching:

Cisco (IOS, NX-OS, Catalyst, Nexus), BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN.

Aruba:

CX series, VSF/VSX, ClearPass, Aruba Central, Silver Peak/EdgeConnect.

Security:

Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, Fortinet, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, Panorama/FMC.

VoIP & UC:

CUCM, CUBE, ISR gateways, Teams Phone integration, contact center solutions.

Cloud Networking:

AWS Direct Connect/Transit Gateway, Azure ExpressRoute/Firewall, GCP Interconnect/Cloud Armor.

Automation:

Python, Ansible, Cisco DNA Center, Aruba Central.
Professional Qualifications

Must-have Certifications:

CCIE (R&S / Security / Collaboration), CISSP / CISM, ACMX / ACDX (Aruba).

Preferred:

AWS Advanced Networking / Azure Network Engineer, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP-NV, Cisco DevNet.

Education:

Bachelor's in CS/IT/Electrical (Master's preferred).
Required Experience

15+ years enterprise networking (large scale, 5,000+ users). 10+ years Cisco routing & switching. 8+ years network security design & implementation. 7+ years VoIP & UC experience. 5+ years Aruba & cloud networking experience.
Key Competencies

Technical leadership & mentoring. Vendor & stakeholder management. Root cause analysis, capacity planning & risk mitigation. Strong communication, documentation & presentation skills.
