Responsibilities
Deloitte seeks an Analyst - T&I Networks to fill a position within the Networks team of the Technology & Infrastructure department in the Information Technology Services organization. The Networks team manages core network functions, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN gateways, load-balancers, network authentication, network scanning, and related security and hardening tasks.
The successful candidate will provide technical skills in the deployment & operational support of data networks across Canada and Chile. The incumbent will be required to work closely with a diverse range of internal and external personnel - sponsors, stakeholders, users, and technical team leads on technical designs, migrations, deployments, and daily operational duties in relation to Deloitte's network infrastructure.
Operational
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues. Support the implementation of network upgrades and patches. Create, modify, and test firewall rules/access control lists (ACLs) in line with organizational policies. Monitor firewall logs and alerts to promptly identify and address suspicious activities or security breaches. Respond to and investigate firewall-related incidents, document findings, and recommend remediation steps. Respond to network-related incidents and service requests. Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues. Document issues and resolutions for future reference. Utilize network monitoring tools to track network performance and identify potential issues. Generate reports on network performance metrics. Escalate complex issues to senior network engineers as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams and inventory lists. Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation. Document standard operating procedures and best practices. Assist in implementing network security measures to protect data and systems. Support compliance with organizational security policies and procedures. Participate in security audits and assessments. Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT staff to support network operations. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technologies. Ability to work On-Call shifts on a rotating basis.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 1-3 years years of experience in Network Technologies.
Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or as needed.
