Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and network segments.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus protection.
Manage user access, permissions, and system backups.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for internet and hardware maintenance.
Implement network policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports on network status and uptime.
Provide IT support for hardware/software issues when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Network Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or MikroTik devices preferred.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments.
Ability to diagnose and resolve network problems quickly.
Good communication and documentation skills.
