Network Administration: LAN/WAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, IP management, DHCP, DNS, NAT Hardware Support: Laptop and desktop installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Devices & Equipment: Routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, MikroTik, TP-Link, D-Link) Operating Systems: Windows (7/8/10/11), Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) Remote Access & VPN: Configuration and monitoring Network Security: User access control, antivirus deployment, data protection Backup & Recovery: File server backups, drive cloning, data restoration Printer & Peripheral Support: Installation and configuration of printers, scanners, etc
