Travel Logistic Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our computer systems and technology infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to support and secure our growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of computer systems and networks. Implement, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems. Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute IT strategies.

Core Duties:

Secure and operate core computer systems across the organization. Contribute to planning and implementing new systems and upgrades. Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities:

Train and support staff on IT tools and best practices. Conduct periodic system audits and generate reports. Manage the IT support team and departmental operations. Stay current with emerging IT technologies and trends.

Compensation:

Decent hike on current/last CTC, aligned with industry standards.
