Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator

to join our team in Kochi/ Bangalore. This role is of primary importance as we focus on developing and enhancing our network security to safeguard client and company data. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage secure and reliable network systems. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data protection protocols. Regularly perform network security assessments and recommend improvements. Manage and update hardware and software resources to meet operational needs. Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to align network security strategies with organizational goals. Document network configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Networking, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of

2-5 years

of hands-on experience in networking, IT administration, and implementing cybersecurity measures. Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, VPNs, and endpoint security. Proficiency in tools and technologies related to network monitoring and cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based networking and security solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
