Switching and routing Concepts

iBGP, eBGP, OSPF and other routing Protocols

Security - Palo Alto Firewalls, Zscaler, cloud Network Security

excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written) and collaborate with clients and global teams Working exposure to ITIL framework

Capabilities:

Good Networking knowledge on Routing, Switching & Security concepts Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for LAN, WAN and Network Security issues

Specialised in firewall, Palo Alto & Cisco Meraki

Thorough understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, spanning tree, link aggregation, ACLs, Packet capturing, Log analysis etc. Thorough understanding of NW Security, Configuration of Perimeter firewalls and Policy configuration Configuration and troubleshooting of site to Site / SSL VPN AWS Knowledge of Networking like VPC, Direct Connect, Route 53 Knowledge of Web Application Firewall (WAF in AWS) Knowledge of scripting (Python, Lambda) will be an added advantage Design, deploy, monitor, and optimize mission critical, high-availability LAN/WAN infrastructure and network systems Working Knowledge of Network device/ Links Monitoring tools

Responsibility:

Work in a global team environment to support & train team members Drive Root causes analysis and implement structural improvements Plan complex changes with attention to detail and execute precisely with no errors Handling day-to-day Network (LAN/WAN) operational issues. Maintain stable and efficient network performance through monitoring, analysis, tuning, and troubleshooting network problems Collaborating with other team members for project planning as well as day-to-day operations Preparing Monthly/Quarterly reports Securing networks from vulnerabilities & bugs Periodic Upgrades of Firmware & OS versions.
