Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software:

Routers, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, and other network devices

Network operating systems (e.g., Windows Server)

Network management software

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues

Identify and resolve network problems, such as outages, slow performance, and security breaches

Proactively maintain and optimize network health

Manage user accounts and access permissions

Create, delete, and modify user accounts

Assign appropriate access levels to network resources

Implement and enforce network security policies

Protect against unauthorized access, viruses, malware, and other threats

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Provide technical support to users

Help users with network-related problems, such as connecting to printers or accessing shared files

Train users on network usage and best practices

Recommend and implement network upgrades

Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies

Evaluate and recommend new hardware, software, and services to improve network performance and security

Document network configurations and procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation

Create and update network diagrams, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
