The role is 24x7 operations which will fulfilled by rotational shifts.

Should be aware of CISCO Leaf Spine Architecture, BGP, EVPN &Vxlan

CISCO Wireless with ISE and DNAC.

Monitor Links, devices, and services

Co-ordinate with SNXT Network, WAN and Central security team for any changes.

Co-ordinate with WAN team for ISP issues

Co-ordinate with vendor for new deployment and provide the required information

Giving support to ICT team for request and troubleshoot calls

Deploy new device in existing network as per client requirement.

Configure new devices as per client requirement

Raising service request and Incident as well CR for any new and change in infra

Follow up with vendor for Hardware replacement.

Sharing the contractual reports to Management.

Meeting the SLA ensuring there is no SLA breach in operations.

Need to lead and address Network L1 queries in day-to-day activities.

Coordination with multiple teams for making the services operational.

Vendor management, raising RMA and working on Service improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
