About the role
We're seeking a detail-oriented
NetSuite Implementation Specialist
to lead the successful rollout and integration of NetSuite ERP across our finance function. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing financial workflows, automating reporting, and supporting commercial planning and audit readiness.
This is a 12-month contract role, with the potential for extension based on project success and evolving business needs.
What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end implementation
of NetSuite ERP, aligning with global finance operations and compliance needs.
Configure and customise
NetSuite modules, scripts, dashboards, roles, and workflows.
Automate key processes
using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite tools to enhance efficiency.
Integrate NetSuite
with external platforms including payroll, HRIS, and financial planning tools.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders on modules such as
audit, FP&A, and commercial forecasting
.
Liaise with third-party vendors and internal tech teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
Build training materials, process documentation, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
Proficiency in SuiteScript and system integrations, with a strong grasp of finance module customisations.
Deep understanding of financial workflows, including
P&L management, audits, and planning cycles
.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in a startup, SaaS, or high-growth tech environment is a plus.
Good to Have
Experience with
multi-entity NetSuite setups
or international subsidiaries.
Background in audit compliance or working with
Big 4 systems
(e.g., Deloitte, PwC).
