Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. You will work alongside our NetSuite Architect and Developer to configure, implement, and optimize NetSuite for our staffing operations. Your primary focus will be translating business requirements into NetSuite configurations, managing data migration from our current Knack platform, and ensuring our NetSuite environment supports our reporting and operational needs. This role requires hands-on NetSuite experience and a deep understanding of ERP business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for NetSuite implementations and enhancements Configure NetSuite modules including CRM, custom records, workflows, forms, roles, and permissions Lead the data migration effort from Knack to NetSuite, including data mapping, validation, and cleansing Design and build saved searches, reports, and dashboards to meet business reporting requirements Create functional specifications for custom development work to be implemented by the development team Configure and optimize NetSuite workflows and approval processes Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance Provide end-user training and create user documentation Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within NetSuite Stay current with NetSuite releases and recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting or administration experience Strong knowledge of NetSuite core modules (CRM, custom records, saved searches, workflows) Experience with NetSuite configuration: forms, fields, roles, permissions, and page layouts Proven experience with data migration and data management in NetSuite Expertise in building saved searches, reports, and KPI dashboards Strong understanding of business processes (sales, operations, finance fundamentals) Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have (Not Required)

NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant certification Experience with SuiteAnalytics Workbook and Connect Familiarity with SuiteFlow (workflow automation) and SuiteBuilder Basic understanding of SuiteScript (ability to read and interpret scripts) Experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR technology industry Experience with CSV imports and NetSuite data loader tools Knowledge of integration concepts and third-party connectors

Pay: Up to ?191,000.00 per month
