Our focus is on building scalable, manufacturing-first supply chain solutions using Oracle NetSuite. We operate with a lean, high-impact team and are looking for a hands-on NetSuite SCM Lead who can take ownership of complex manufacturing and supply chain workflows while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
What Is the Role
As a NetSuite SCM Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementations on NetSuite.
This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing modules such as WIP, Routings, Work Orders, Assemblies, and Demand Planning, along with strong leadership in solution design, configuration, and optimization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setup aligned to EST working hours.
What You Will Be Doing
? Lead NetSuite SCM and Manufacturing implementations with a strong focus on scale and performance
? Design and configure Manufacturing WIP, Routings, Work Orders, Assemblies, and BOMs
? Drive Demand Planning, supply planning, and forecasting processes within NetSuite
? Own end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes including Inventory,Procurement, and Manufacturing execution
? Act as the functional lead for SCM, guiding a small team and mentoring junior consultants
? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions
? Ensure best practices for manufacturing workflows, data accuracy, and system performance
? Support integrations, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation optimization
? Work closely with technical teams on scripts, workflows, and customizations when required
What You Bring
? Strong hands-on experience as a NetSuite SCM / Manufacturing Lead or Senior Consultant
? Deep expertise in:
? Manufacturing WIP & Routings
? Manufacturing Work Orders & Assemblies
? Demand Planning
? Core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
? Proven experience working on manufacturing-heavy NetSuite projects
? Ability to work independently and take ownership in a small, fast-moving team
? Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills
? Experience working in remote teams aligned with EST time zone
Bonus Points
? Experience working on scale or high-volume manufacturing projects
? Exposure to NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing, MRP, or WMS
? Prior experience in leading or mentoring functional teams
? Experience in NetSuite integrations with third-party planning or logistics tools
