Numerator is currently looking for a NetSuite and Financial Systems Administrator who will play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system and other integrated financial systems such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud and OneStream. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades, and supporting end-users. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional expertise in NetSuite, a deep understanding of financial processes, and a proactive approach to improving system efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Configure and customize NetSuite modules (e.g., Financial Management, Order Management, and Inventory) based on business requirements.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and technical problems reported by end users.
Implement and support NetSuite integrations with other business systems (Salesforce, ADP, Concur, etc.).
Perform regular system updates and patches, testing for compatibility and stability.
Financial Systems Management:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all integrated financial systems.
Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
Develop and maintain custom financial reports and saved searches in NetSuite.
Support the month-end close processes, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between financial systems.
Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
User Support & Training:
Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users, helping them navigate the system and resolve issues.
Develop training documentation and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
Act as the point of contact for any NetSuite-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.
System Enhancements & Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Operations) to implement system enhancements.
Lead or assist with system upgrades and new feature implementations.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure the systems comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices.
Conduct periodic system audits and data integrity checks to maintain compliance.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, including system administration and support.
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Experience with integrating NetSuite with other systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, bank feeds).
Experience with data migrations, system upgrades, and user training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users. A record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives.
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to make quantitative and qualitative assessments of data.
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred), NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (a plus).
