Job Summary:



Our finance, operations, and e-commerce teams run on NetSuite. As we scale, we need a hands-on NetSuite expert who can maintain our current processes and extend the platform with SuiteScript, integrations, and analytics. You'll be the bridge between business users and technical solutions, owning the NetSuite roadmap end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities



Development & Integration



o Design and build SuiteScript 2.1 scripts (UserEvent, Suitelet, Map/Reduce)o Develop RESTlets & SuiteTalk SOAP/REST integrations (e-commerce, WMS, CRM, BI)o Manage version-controlled code with SuiteCloud IDE or VS Code SDF; automate CI/CD



Analytics & Process Optimization



o Create complex saved searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, and KPI scorecardso Partner with finance to refine procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory workflowso Drive data hygiene projects and build reconciliation automations



Support & Training



o Triage tickets, troubleshoot errors, and liaise with NetSuite Supporto Document SOPs and deliver training sessions for power users & new hires



Required Qualifications:


3-5 years developing on NetSuite in a production environment Strong SuiteScript 2.x (UserEvent, Client, Suitelet, Map/Reduce) and SuiteFlow experience Proven track record integrating NetSuite with external systems via RESTlets, SuiteTalk, or iPaaS tools Advanced saved-search and SuiteAnalytics skills; comfortable with SQL-like formulas Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals (GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, inventory) Git-based source control and deployment using SDF / SuiteCloud IDE or similar Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate requirements into technical specs and vice-versa

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with WMS, 3PL, or e-commerce integrations (Shopify, Magento, Amazon) Familiarity with SuiteTax, SuiteBilling, ARM, or Advanced Manufacturing Exposure to modern BI stacks (Snowflake, Power BI, Looker) and data pipelines JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, or Node.js experience outside NetSuite NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification

Roadmap for Success in this Role:


90 Days: All critical workflows mapped; backlog groomed and prioritized. Key permission issues and high-impact quick wins resolved. 6 Months: Automated order-to-cash reconciliation reducing manual touchpoints by 50%. REST-based WMS integration live with <3 s latency. 12 Months: NetSuite uptime at 99.9 %; quarterly release updates executed with zero critical regressions. Analytics dashboards adopted company-wide, cutting the month-end close by 2 days.
