POSITION OVERVIEW

At Beyond Cloud Consulting, we're seeking a skilled NetSuite Delivery Manager to oversee the seamless execution of NetSuite implementation projects. Your role will encompass strategic planning, client collaboration, project delivery, team leadership, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Please note, although this is a remote position you must be based in India for this role.

As a Delivery Manager, you'll drive transformative change for our clients and our organization. Your strategic leadership and innovative solutions will shape the future of our NetSuite practice, driving tangible business outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic plans for NetSuite projects, aligning with client objectives and organizational goals.

Client Collaboration:

Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.

Project Delivery:

Ensure the successful execution of NetSuite implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide project teams, nurturing their skills and expertise in NetSuite implementation and delivery.

Client Satisfaction:

Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Risk Management

: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree
or relevant certifications preferred.5+ years of experience in NetSuite, with a focus on leadership or project management. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and capabilities, with a proven track
record of successful project delivery.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate complex client environments and build strong, collaborative relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
