Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with a strong background in the Financial Domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NetSuite customization, scripting, integrations, and financial process automation. You will work closely with our business and technical teams to optimize and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment, with a focus on accounting, finance, and reporting modules. This is a flexible role -- candidates may work remotely or from our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) scripts, workflows, and Suitelets. Customize and configure NetSuite modules related to Finance, Accounting, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes. Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using SuiteTalk (Web Services), RESTlets, or iPaaS tools. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements. Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business insights. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy in financial transactions within NetSuite. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing customizations and workflows. Stay updated with NetSuite releases and financial best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Developer, preferably in financial or accounting-based implementations. Strong understanding of financial workflows, journal entries, GL, AR/AP, billing, and revenue recognition. Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs) and third-party system integrations. Familiarity with NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

NetSuite Financial User or Developer Certification. Experience in financial domain projects or ERP implementation for accounting teams. Exposure to Celigo, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms. Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBundler, and SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDF). Understanding of GAAP accounting principles or prior collaboration with finance teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
