Role Introduction:

The NetSuite Administrator at OneAdvanced plays a central role in optimizing our core business processes through the effective management, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite system. Your role will involve a blend of technical acumen and project management, focusing on delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions that support our operational needs.
What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Stakeholders:

Engage actively with internal teams to define project scopes, establish deliverables, and ensure alignment of expectations throughout each phase of the lifecycle.

System Configuration and Maintenance

: Manage the configuration of NetSuite to meet business requirements, including setting up user roles and permissions, customizing forms, and maintaining lists and records.

User Support and Training:

Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, addressing system issues and training employees on how to use various features effectively.

Managing System Upgrades:

Coordinate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, ensuring they are completed smoothly and without disrupting business operations.

Monitoring System Performance

: Regularly monitor and review system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.

Data Integrity and Security:

Ensure the integrity and security of NetSuite data through regular audits, compliance checks, and coordination with security teams.

Developing Reports and Dashboards:

Create and manage reports and dashboards that provide insightful business analytics to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Documenting Processes and Policies:

Maintain thorough documentation of all system processes and policies to ensure consistency and provide a reference for training and troubleshooting.

Facilitating Change Management:

Lead change management initiatives related to NetSuite, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively and are well-received by users.

Recommending SaaS Solutions:

Evaluate and integrate complementary SaaS solutions to boost the capabilities of NetSuite, focusing on enhancing system functionality and user experience.

Working in M&A Environments:

Address and manage the unique challenges associated with mergers and acquisitions, adapting systems and processes as necessary.

What You Will Have:

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration, with exposure to SuiteProjects, ZAB Billing, and tax localization tools like Avalara preferred, but not mandatory.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various departments and fostering a collaborative environment.

NetSuite Platform Expertise:

Solid understanding of NetSuite functionalities necessary for effective system administration, including user management, security, and data analytics.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving system issues promptly.

Project Management:

Experience with project management principles, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Development:

Ability to develop and deliver training materials and sessions to help users understand and utilize NetSuite more effectively.

Understanding of Business Processes:

Knowledge of key business processes and how they integrate with NetSuite, particularly in finance and operations.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with basic programming and database management, beneficial for troubleshooting and making minor system modifications.

Security and Compliance:

Awareness of data security and compliance standards applicable to NetSuite and the ability to implement these standards effectively.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changes in business requirements, maintaining a proactive approach to system management.
