The Role

Corsearch is looking for .Net software developers to enhance, optimise and maintain a number of .Net/SQL-based applications in the Trademarks business, ranging from data ingestion & management through to customer-facing web applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain a series of .Net applications and ETL processes Participate in requirements analysis Collaborate with internal teams using Scrum, to produce software design and architecture Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages Test and deploy applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code Improve existing software and optimise performance & stability Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Essential

.Net, Microsoft SQL, Web Applications (ASP.Net), Windows Services Experience with Python Database-driven systems; stored procedures, SSIS, etc. Other relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL Centralized logging such as NewRelic or Data Dog Source Control and CI/CD systems, such as Git Jira and Confluence Technical documentation, such as coding styles, branching strategies and functional specifications Agile development practices and continuous improvement Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar field Strong spoken & written English language skills

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

AWS hosting & managed services JavaScript Non-relational databases such as Redis or MongoDB Cloud data platforms
Data Warehouses, such as Snowflake, Redshift

Data Lakes & Cloud ELT/ETL

Distributed Processing & Querying, such as Spark and Athena
PDF extraction Containerized and serverless architectural patterns, K8S/EKS & lambdas Elasticsearch or Solr Infrastructure automation & DevOps, such as Terraform
