Job Description

(Short Version)

3-6 years' experience in

Network Security

, with at least 3 years in

VPN solutions

(Accops, Swift, F5 VPN, Netskope ZTNA). Expertise in

implementation, configuration, policy management

, and troubleshooting of VPN setups across Windows/Linux/Unix. Skilled in

packet capture/analysis (Wireshark), OSI layer troubleshooting, automation (scripting, APIs/SDKs, SOAR)

. Manage

incidents, problems, changes, compliance, patching, upgrades

and ensure SLA adherence. Experience in

DC/DR/Cloud/Branch VPN design, monitoring, audits, documentation (SOPs, runbooks)

. Collaborate with IT/helpdesk/OEMs for escalations; perform

RCA

and resolve issues proactively. Ability to

mentor L1/L2 teams

; strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
