Job Description

(Short Version)

3-6 years' experience in Network Security with minimum 3 years in

PROXY solutions

management. Expertise in

commissioning, implementation, configuration, and policy management

of Proxy setups. Strong knowledge of

Windows, Linux, Unix environments

and integration with AD, IAM, SIEM, SOAR. Skilled in

packet capture/analysis, troubleshooting (OSI layers 1-7), automation (scripting, APIs/SDKs)

. Manage

incidents, problems, changes, and compliance

related to Proxy infrastructure. Perform

network monitoring, RCA, patching, upgrades

, and ensure SLA compliance. Create and maintain

technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks

. Collaborate with IT/helpdesk/OEMs for support and escalations. Experience in

DC/DR/Cloud/Branch proxy design

and daily operations in 24/7 environment. Ability to

mentor L1/L2 teams

and provide leadership. Excellent

communication, analytical, and problem-solving

skills.
