Detailed JD-

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in SAN and storage administration within a large enterprise environment. Deploy and configure SAN hardware and software, such as storage arrays, Fiber Channel switches, and host bus adapters (HBAs). This includes setting up zoning, Logical Unit Numbers (LUNs), and other access control measures. SAN technologies: Strong, hands-on experience with director-class switches from major vendors, such as Brocade DCX X6-8, DCX7-8, FCIP 7840. Storage expertise: Familiarity with enterprise storage arrays from vendors like Hitachi and NetApp. OS Knowledge: Good understanding in operating systems like Linux and Windows, as well as virtualized environments such as VMware. Networking concepts: In-depth knowledge of Fibre Channel (FC) protocol, iSCSI, Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCIP), and multipathing. Certifications: Professional certifications from SAN vendors (e.g., Brocade Certified Fabric Professional) Problem-solving: Act as the highest point of escalation for complex SAN-related issues, using deep knowledge to diagnose and resolve problems
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay: From ?1,500,000.00 per year
