Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework with a strong background in Transportation & Logistics. This role involves developing and optimizing software solutions to enhance our logistics operations ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# .Net Framework and JavaScript to meet business requirements in the Transportation & Logistics domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient systems on Azure. Optimize SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability of applications. Analyze and resolve complex software issues to improve system performance and user experience. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and functionality. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Document software designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of SQL Server C# SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework with proven experience in developing complex software solutions. Demonstrate expertise in the Transportation & Logistics domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable systems on Azure with a focus on performance and reliability. Have a track record of mentoring and guiding junior engineers to achieve their full potential. Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
