What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing:

Position summary:

You will be responsible for development. On occasion, you will participate in design sessions and communicate with the other teams in California, USA and Nagpur, India. You need to be available for a daily stand-up meeting that you can take at home and attend other meetings on occasion as required.

You will operate in all phases and contribute into all activities of the software development process i.e., design, development, unit testing etc. You will be participating in design discussions, reviews, and demo sessions with other team members \xe2\x80\x93 Teams @Nagpur and @ Brea, USA.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about technology and a creative problem solver. You will need to make yourself available for all the team meetings and ceremonies \xe2\x80\x93 Stand-ups, Retrospective etc.

Essential functions:

• Design, code, unit test, work in conjunction with two other teams, one in Nagpur, India and one in California, USA.
• Team player, Strong in conceptual understanding, Delivers quality, extensible and maintainable code
• Demonstrates excellent coding practices and should be hands \xe2\x80\x93 on. \xe2\x80\x8b
• Should have excellent communication skills.

Mandatory skills:

• Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in software/web development.
• Proven Experience into technical skills like C#, OOPS, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework, .NET Core, JS/jQuery with good problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience on MSSQL and DBMS - should be able to write SQL queries.

Preferred skills:

Any Front-end Development, HTML, CSS etc.

Academic Qualification: bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
