What You'll Do (Your Role)

Lead architecture design and technical strategy across .NET, React, C#, SQL, AWS/Azure. Drive microservices development and cloud optimization. Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth. Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, automation, and operational excellence. Create architectural roadmaps and ensure system scalability, security, and resilience.

What You Bring7-11 years in software development; 5+ years in Agile leadership. Proven experience in designing and launching complex systems. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
