Role description

UST is seeking a highly skilled

.NET Senior Developer

to design and deliver end-to-end business solutions for one of the leading financial services organizations in the US. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts. You will play a pivotal role in high-priority initiatives, driving innovation, supporting technology operations, and ensuring exemplary standards in enterprise application development.



Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements, lead requirement-gathering sessions, and review designs. Own backlog items and coordinate with team members to deliver planned sprint features. Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability. Mentor, lead, and guide team members on technical skills and best practices. Prototype, develop, and troubleshoot software across user interface and service layers. Perform peer reviews to ensure code reuse, scalability, and adherence to standards. Engage in collaborative technical discussions focusing on user experience, design, architecture, and development. Demonstrate project features and sub-features to client stakeholders using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience

in .NET/Microsoft technologies development.

Primary Skills:

C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, SQL Server, Angular, Web API.

Secondary Skills:

AngularJS, Windows Services, Entity Framework, MongoDB, JavaScript, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA. Strong expertise in developing applications using

multi-tier architecture

. Experience with

unit testing frameworks

(e.g., JUnit or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
