Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of NET developers Design and develop high performance applications using NET technologies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Drive innovation and process improvements in development practices Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions Oversee deployment and DevOps activities as needed

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 5 years of experience in NET development with at least 2 years in a lead role Strong proficiency in C ASP NET MVC NET Core and Entity Framework Experience with SQL Server RESTful APIs and web services Familiarity with front end technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript Angular or React Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership abilities
