Role Overview:

Deliver high-quality solutions through technical excellence, leadership, planning, and cross-team collaboration. Drive architecture improvements, innovation, and robust process adherence to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

Deliver features/modules on time with <2% defects; ensure critical requirements are reviewed, mapped, and signed-off.

Provide solution docs for each delivery; maintain code comments and project wiki.

Lead and review code, enforce standards; achieve high code review approval rates.

Propose and evaluate architecture changes, pilot new technologies and POCs.

Improve estimation accuracy, log risks, complete compliance audits.

Mentor junior engineers, deliver knowledge docs, and foster technical growth.

Participate in meetings, contribute to stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

Plan infra, oversee deployment, ensure successful rollouts and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years' experience in full-cycle software development.

Advanced proficiency with modern cloud, DevOps, and testing practices.

Strong documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
