.Net Developer with WiX

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based desktop applications using

C# and .NET technologies

. Build robust, scalable, and maintainable application installers using

WiX Toolset

and

WixSharp

for Windows environments. Develop and administer complex

PostgreSQL

databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and security best practices. Set up, configure, and maintain

Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

for continuous integration, testing, and automated deployment. Collaborate closely with project managers, QA engineers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software. Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and contribute to best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with

C# and the .NET framework (Framework or .NET Core)

for desktop software development. Hands-on experience with

WiX Toolset (version 5 or higher)

and

WixSharp

for building Windows installers. Proficient in

PostgreSQL

, including database schema design, writing complex queries, indexing, and database tuning. Solid understanding of

Azure DevOps

, including pipeline configuration, artifact management, and release strategies. Experience with version control systems such as

Git

. Familiarity with debugging tools, performance profiling, and Windows application packaging. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

PowerShell scripting

or other automation tools. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker (optional but beneficial). Experience in

Agile/Scrum

environments. Exposure to cloud-native development practices or microservices architecture.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
