Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Windows Forms (WinForms) applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core. Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing code and ensuring best practices are followed. Plan and allocate tasks within the team, ensuring timely project delivery. Implement and manage event-driven programming models. Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC. Work with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including optimization and complex queries. Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs. Conduct and oversee unit testing, debugging, and API testing using tools like NUnit, Postman, and Visual Studio. Collaborate across teams (technical, QA, and business) to align deliverables with project goals. Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub. Provide technical solutions and resolve escalated issues in development projects.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET development. In-depth expertise in Windows Forms, Events, and OOP concepts. Proven experience in leading a development team or managing projects. Proficient in SQL and REST API development. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub). Exposure to RFID technologies will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
