This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge .NET and ASP.NET applications within the US Healthcare domain. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a hands-on developer who can handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and contribute to high-quality deliverables. You will gain exposure to real-world healthcare projects, take ownership of development tasks, and contribute to improving system performance and user experience. The position is fully remote for the initial period, providing flexibility while allowing you to focus on impactful work.
Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET and ASP.NET applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and project deliverables.
• Work under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership in problem-solving and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MCA.
• 1-4 years of experience in .NET and ASP.NET development.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Competent, proactive, and able to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and quality.
