About The Role


This role focuses on supporting and maintaining custom ERP forms in a low-code environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The candidate will work closely with the development team to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues. While PHP knowledge is optional, strong expertise in .NET and low-code technologies is crucial.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to support proprietary ERP systems, with a focus on custom forms development and maintenance (low code), ensuring ongoing support and enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements within the ERP system. Provide timely resolution of technical problems related to the ERP system, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience. Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of features and updates for custom ERP forms, focusing on low code solutions. Engage in proactive system monitoring, identifying areas for optimization and scalability. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards in development. Continuously learn and implement new technologies that align with the business needs.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Experience with low code development platforms, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with PHP is optional (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in API development and integration, with a good understanding of web services (RESTful, SOAP). Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred but not mandatory) for CI/CD pipeline integration. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) .


Availability Requirements:

Availability until 11:00 AM CDT (9:30 - 10 PM IST) to align with team operations and project timelines.
