Job Description
1. 4-6 years of hands on experience with Microsoft technologies/frameworks - DotNet, ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server. 2. DotNet Support Analyst, is responsible to provide L2/L3 support (incident and problem management) and meet the agreed service levels. 3. Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management, Problem Management and handing service requests is needed. 4. Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage. 5. Willing to work in shifts and provide on call support during off business hours.
