In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:
4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5 years of Application development experience as full stack developer using C#, .NET framework, and React / ASP .NET MVC.
5 years of C# programming experience using WPF,/Asp.net/R this includes full life cycle development and understanding of application development methodologies.
Sound OOAD and design skills.
Good understanding of different UI architectures (MVC, MVVM, MVP etc...).
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications:
Good understanding of web programming using React or object oriented javascript.
Good understanding of Agile process and Continuous Integration.
Experience working in Iterative and Agile development methodology.
Experience of working with global teams.

Job Expectations:
Work on the complex UI enhancements across Carina Framework.
Build High performance and User friendly features.
Develop strategic components for traders whenever necessary.
Develop strategic enhancements for Carina Desktop Framework.

Will develop test automation for the code developed.
Will develop front-end UI client applications using UI frameworks preferably React and Typescript along with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript is an added advantage.
