Looking for min 4 yrs Experience in talent sourcing for the contingent staffing business
Talent Acquisition Life Cycle management and Commercial understanding of Talent pool is must have
He/She should have good knowledge on IT Resource pool, innovative sourcing, Bulk hiring
Delivery Lead be able to mentor Team on Contract Staffing Sourcing, Screening, process adhere by organization
Experience to use the ATS tool is added advantage
This role holder needs to manage min 8 members team, Should have the knowledge to manage Internal and external stake holders
Should have fair knowledge on IT Skill, latest trend of technology
Min 2 yrs experience as TL is preferred
Hybrid Model Work till 2021
Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquettes and Client communications
He/She should be Graduate, BE/BCA/MCA preferred.
