Support in backend design and development for customer applications, taking ownership of the technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure architectural consistency across solutions and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture roadmap. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC. Review code, provide design feedback, and enforce best practices in coding, security, and performance. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for the project. Troubleshoot high-level system issues and provide direction for resolution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications. Participate in client/stakeholder discussions to translate business requirements into technical solutions and must have excellent communication skills. Mentor developers and ensure continuous technical upskilling within the team.
