Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to deliver specialized, patient-focused care for individuals with complex kidney disorders. The role involves managing chronic and acute renal conditions, leading dialysis programs, and supporting transplant care within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.

• Oversee hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and optimal outcomes.

• Perform and interpret renal biopsies and imaging studies to guide diagnosis and therapy.

• Manage complex metabolic, electrolyte, acid-base, and hypertension challenges in renal patients.

• Lead pre- and post-transplant care, including immunosuppression management and rejection surveillance.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

• Engage in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records using electronic health systems.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Nephrology (DNB, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in the specified region.

• Proven experience in managing CKD, AKI, and glomerular diseases.

• Demonstrated expertise in dialysis management and renal biopsy interpretation.

• Competency in renal imaging analysis and managing complex metabolic disorders.

• Experience in hypertension and transplant-related care, including immunosuppression protocols.

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical decision support tools.
